The Opportunity of Chaos

When my kids were growing up, I used to say we were living in chaos.  Chaos was the acronym for “Can't Have Anyone Over Syndrome” because there was always stuff everywhere. Too much stuff made the house unacceptable to having guests over.

However, while that was a negative connotation, there is great opportunity in chaos:  And that opportunity is abundance.

You can't have chaos if you're living in a very limited, narrow life. The more we have going on, the more opportunity we have for chaos. And the more chaos we have, the more we have opportunity for abundance.

When my kids were scattering their stuff everywhere and there was chaos, it was because we had such an abundance of being able to give the kids things they wanted.

If you don’t have the opportunity for abundance, you won’t have the opportunity for chaos.
